Why does my Allocate Rent Rule state "There are currently no active rent requests"?

Hemlane's Allocate Rent Rule was designed for rent payments to be automatically dispersed between two owners’ bank accounts or a property manager’s and owner’s bank account. This rule is applied to any payment requests that have been or will be created.

If your Allocate Rent Rule states "There are currently no active rent requests with a split payment for this property" you need to create a payment request for the rule to be applied to. For instructions on creating a new payment request, please view our article, "How do I request payments?"
